Nick is the founding principal of Nile Capital. He is a fourth-generation real estate investor and has been involved in his family's business from a very young age. Nick has experience in new construction development, acquiring income producing properties, and managing complex redevelopment projects.  He holds a builder's license and real estate sales license in the state of Michigan. 

 

Nick is a proud alumnus of the University of Michigan, where he graduated with distinction.
